This is the lack of news post. I was telling my mom today that we haven't been doing anything to post about. Just school, homework, work, and sleep. And barely getting that in. She said that I should post a picture of Western's Campus and say this is where we are. Well here is the website if you want to see where we are. Very pretty campus.
Instead I thought I would share a picture of our sticker collection. We save all of our stickers from our fruit and veggies and put them on the inside of a cupboard door. We are very proud of our collection and we were sad when we moved last summer and had to start all over. I also get mad when I get fruit or veggies that doesn't have stickers on it. We eat a lot of apples. Good lunch fruit.
I also thought I would share a new recipe that I tried tonight. Cranberry Onion Chicken, it is really easy and even Andrew liked it (I say even because he doesn't like cranberries). The picture does not do it justice, it's one of those foods that smells and tastes way better than it looks. Recipe courtesy of our friend Vanessa.
4-6 Chicken Breasts or equivalent amount of chicken (I use tenderloins for smaller portions)
1 package onion soup mix (powder packet)
1 can cranberries (whole, jellied, whatever)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Place thawed or fresh chicken in a casserole dish
Sprinkle onion soup mix over chicken
Spread cranberries over chicken
Cover in foil and cook for 40-60 minutes
