Ultrasound

We had our "20 week" ultrasound on the 21st, I loved it! Even though we stuck to our plan not to find out if we were having a boy or a girl it was still very exciting to see the baby wiggling around. I could watch a hand jump around on the screen and feel it at the same. So fun to be able to identify what those movements are! It's amazing to me what you can see on this ultrasound. The baby is almost completely formed and is just working on growing for the next 19 weeks. In fact, I've been told that in less than 2 weeks our baby will be considered viable, meaning that it would likely survive if born. Of course, I would rather Baby Bybee stayed inside to cook a little bit longer, but it's exciting to know that it is getting so developed!  The technician checked the baby out thoroughly and everything is perfectly on schedule.  Here are a few of my favorite pictures from the ultrasound.

Yeah!!! SO much fun!!! It's exciting that you're not going to find out. I wouldn't be able to do it on my first. Now that we have one of each though I don't want to find out on the next one. The pictures you got were fantastic!!!

I hope you're feeling MUCH better!!

I think your baby looks a lot like Levi did at that age :) They must be related.

AWWW. So sweet! You guys are having a BABY!! The profile is just beautiful.

Sorry to hear you have been sick. We've been sick, too. It seems like this nastiness will never, ever leave. I'm starting to wonder (on day 10) if I have a new something or other. Whatever it is...bring on Spring! I'm tired of all these nasty virus'. At least I'm not growing a baby on top of it all...I'll stop complaining now.

Trevor says "It's a Bybee and it's bald so it must be a boy" ha ha. He can say that since he's bald, right?
