Blueberry Zucchini Bread Muffins

We've been needing more ready made, easy to eat on the go, and healthy food around the house. So I took this recipe, and changed a few things.

I replaced chocolate chips with blueberries
I added 3 tablespoons ground flax seed
Added the previously optional 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Replaced 3/4 cup oil for 3/4 cup applesauce

Baked them up as muffins, froze half, and have devoured the remaining half.  They are tasty, filling snack for solving on-the-go instant starvation!
