We have chicks, have I mentioned that?  They are pretty dang cute.  And we've been really bad about taking pictures of them.  The first 3, the Salmon Favorelles, we got on April 7th.  The other 6, 3 Rhode Island Reds and 3 Americaunas, we got a week later.  They have been living in a large cardboard box while Andrew has been working on their permanent home.  They started out as little puffs, have gone through an awkward, itchy looking teenage phase as they started getting their real feathers, and are starting to look like real chiekens.  Andrew has started taking them outside during the day to enjoy the finished part of the run.  Soon they will be ready to move outside permanently!
